• These wheels are also known as phenolic wheels.
• These wheels are hard in nature, so we can use it on rough surface where burr & chips are lying.

• These are cast iron wheels having very high load carrying capacity than any other wheels. Limitation of this wheels is it damage the floor due to its hardness & also it is very noisy.
• Hardness of Casting : ( 175 ±10 ) BHN

• In this type of wheels Polyurethane is bonded over PP core.
• Due to softness nature of PU, noise level is very low & has much shock absorption capacity than PP, NYL & SRT. Also having long life.

• Maximum Working Temperature : 500C
• No effect of acidic or alkaline chemicals.

• Due to softness nature of PU, noise level is very low & has much shock absorption capacity than PP, NYL & SRT.
